  1. I was interning in Shanghai during the Expo and Igor Peraza gave a pretty interesting presentation as to the background work that went into the design of the pavilion. When viewing the darker colored pieces from further out, it’s supposed to read as Chinese characters from a poem. However, it is very hard to tell.

    There was also a weird giant robotic baby thing inside that was kind of creepy.
